Description of Journal:

General Description: This journal is made from genuine leather. The outside has a beautiful print of a slightly shabby, asphalt grey background accented with pale pink roses all over. Soft black, Kodiac leather lacing is attached to the front with two black metal rivets and wraps around the journal three times for a tight close. 

As soon as you open the journal, you see the front cover page. This page has a single pink rose with "Journal" in grey cursive text over top of the rose. On the backside of the cover page is a journaling-related quote. No two journals display the same quote!

Pages & Paper:

Pages: 400 pages (200 individual sheets)

Paper Type: Mohawk Superfine is a traditional bookbinding paper. This particular type has a texture known as an "eggshell" which gives it a perfect surface (that feels identical to an eggshell) for both writing and/or drawing and sketching. This paper is one of the highest qualities of lighter weight paper (80lb text weight), just noticeably thicker and more durable than standard 25lb printer paper, but not of watercolor or multi-media weight.

Thread: 7 ply Crawford waxed Irish Linen thread in color: "Slate Grey"
