SHIPPING & OTHER INFORMATION WORTH A READ
Please use the CONTACT link (also in the menu at the top of every page) to reach out with any questions. By using the contact form, one of us will be notified immediately of your question and can reply much faster than waiting until we check out email one of the three times daily.
REMEMBER: Because shipping costs have become so unfairly expensive, we don't believe our beloved buyers should have to take on 100% of that cost, so you only pay 60% of the actual shipping cost while we take 40% of the cost ourselves. We will continue to do this as unfortunately the USPS still has the least expensive rates for the size and weight of our items than other services like UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.
We DO NOT ship outside the United States anymore due to too many frustrating issues with customs and new laws put into place that could put us at risk since none of us are great about detailing what's inside packages (not that it's anyone's business but yours anyway) plus the shipping costs to locations like Europe and Australia are outrageous. The last package we shipped to Australia cost $10 more than the grimoire itself. A whopping $97+!
If you're in Canada, please let us know before placing an order to we can talk to our local post clerk to make sure we can ship without having to complete this new legal sensitive paperwork.
If the actual shipping costs turns out to be lower than figured into the total cost, will automatically refunded any extra shipping outside that 60% to you once your package has been shipped. Tracking numbers should be automaticallyt sent to you via an email by PayPal, however, if you don't receive your tracking info, never hesitate to reach out and ask for it. We will send you both the tracking number and a direct link to your package's current location and progress. Shipping costs are not longer set at a flat rate fee and are configured by weight, size and the domestic shipping options the USPS provides. Shipping costs will now vary from item to item and are applied at checkout. If you have any coupons or discount codes, you can use those at checkout also. If your discount code does't work, please send us a photo of the card or coupon you were giving showing the code and we will either refund the amount owed if you've already made your purchase, or add it to the item so that you can refresh the page and check out as usual, entering the discount code that works this time.
